Service Description
A 4 x week introduction course to build knowledge and confidence in Hatha Yoga. You will explore a series of postures and discover how to modify each pose to suit your body. You will have the opportunity to learn breathing techniques to enable you to still both your mind and body. Each session concludes with a relaxation.
